Most commonly, Brady’s work for you as his client will be covered by the sellers (ask Brady about specifics) as a credit to you during the purchase process. The Agency Las Vegas does charge a file fee of $595 per transaction and this is typically processed as a fee alongside other title/escrow fees. Most commonly, sellers pay Nevada transfer taxes, and escrow/title fees are paid 50/50 buyer/seller and buyer and seller add-ons (mobile notary, etc as needed) by each side respectively.
